The food is good. But the crew who's on duty at the counter who serves us is lazy, and looks like so sleepy. We need to asked one by one, like the sauces, tissue paper and set of fork.

I don't understand how hard it is for the chefs to cook things properly. My rice was wet and disgusting, my burrito I paid for extra rice in it and there was no rice, I mean come on. Chewy chips?! If you order here expect your order to be messed up because there's aaaalways something wrong at this Rubio's.
