I am not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from. Must be local competition. The BBQ at Rudy's is the Best and always has been. Internet Trolls should stay away, because your trolling will not keep the honest customers away. Keep it up Rudy's.

Now I remember why I don't go to this one. Need an electric knife to cut the brisket; the turkey is borderline jerky; the sausage was halfway burnt, and the pickles were freezer burned. Rudy's needs to reevaluate the pit master here and pay someone to do a better job - especially for the price of the food here. How can it be this bad with the NB location right up the road (which has always been good)? I've had better experiences at Bill Millers, which says a lot. You're in Texas. Bring the bbq up a notch.
