The whole menu was unique with its ingredients and wide use of flavors. Stepping into the location near the mall, it was very clean, with attentive, professional staff. I was going to give four stars for now because I haven't tried everything yet, but seeing the hustle and professionalism of the staff made the difference for me. Idaho Falls needs more unique, diverse dining choices (in terms of flavor and style) like Rumbi.

It was my first time at this place and was excited to try it because of all the good reviews. The food was good but the experience was awful! I ordered a to go order and was bringing lunch to my husband. I waited for over thirty minutes for my food. Thank goodness my husband’s work schedule is flexible and he can move his lunch hour around, if not he would not have been able to eat.Very frustrating! The purpose of “to go” is to be quick. ( I wasn’t expecting drive thru fast but not over 30 mins). Had I known it would have taken over thirty mins to get lunch I would have gone somewhere else. Either they need more employees or be 100% sit down because it was ridiculous.

This was the first time my husband and I ever ate at a Rumbi Island Grill and we both loved it! I got a chicken sandwich and my husband got a burger and we were both very pleased. The fries are super good too! We will definitely be going back :)
