Amazing food and service. Our waiter, Luisana (not sure about the spelling) who is from Peru, was really helpful. He guided us as we were at Rumi's for the first time. Portion was more than enough for one person. We will go back again.

Amazing! We were celebrating my only daughter's engagement with her fiancé parents; the evening was magical. Rumi's team and our waitress did everything they could to make the night special, including bringing out a lovely dessert tray with candles after dinner. Our meal was absolutely delicious and service was outstanding. It was my 1st time at Rumi's. So eager to go back! Thank you so much!

What was I thinking when I decided to order take-out at Rumi's Avalon.. I wasn't thinking. I have been cooking since Covid-19, and very leary about eating at restaurants. I decided to order an appetizer and give the wings a try again, since they were undercooked the initial time that I ordered them. Well, I ordered them, and they were seriously burnt, SALTY, and dry. I mean, you get six wings for $12.00, so they should at least be good. In these day and times, I don't have money to be wasting, but it looks like I actually did waste money, because the wings are seriously inedible (see photo). They were also 'luke warm' (NOT HOT), so I know that they were not freshly cooked. I picked them up at the time they told me to do so. Oh, and the sauce accompaniment had  a small piece of hair in it.. go figure.. Also, given the current state, you would think that the people bringing the takeout orders would have on gloves. My comfort level was very low picking up the food as well. I'm done. This place is over priced, and has been a MISS the recent times that I've dined at Rum...
