I order a cake for my son yesterday this is like the third time l have order from this place, l had never paid delivery since it’s like 9 miles away from my house. This morning l got a call from a worker stating that l didn’t paid for delivery that l need to paid before they deliver the cake l ask how much it will be she said $28 dollars very upset l try calling a manager and not there. I went on their web site it’s states free delivery within 10miles. I mention to the worker l had never paid delivery she thinks am lying. Very disappointed with this place l even mention that price went up same thing she says they never went up. I told her cancel my order she said you need to speak to manager and there’s no manager available.False advertising on free delivery if it’s less than 10miles.

Food is good the lady taking my order seems angry , costumer service is no bueno I said thank you nothing just walked away like they don’t want our money , necesitan mejor tener mejor actitud.

Rustika's was my cake vendor for our wedding! When I tell you the customer service was SUPERB! Everyone was bragging about the cake at the wedding because the Strawberries and Cream was sooo different! Unfortunately, at the end of the wedding our top tier was thrown out. And after tagging them on Instagram, one of the managers offered to replace our cake complimentary!! Which they didn't have to do but the fact they went over and above to make sure we were satisfied is why I WILL ALWAYS CHOOSS RUSTIKA'S FOR ANY CAKE I NEED MADE!! Thank you so much for making our day special!
