I came during the Sunday lunch rush and it was evident that, like many other businesses right now, they are having staffing issues. They only had one employee and one cook who was in training. Jeremiah was training the cook, taking orders, delivering food to tables and checking on guests - all with a positive attitude. He gave us a heads up and apologized for the wait.When I thanked him for his hard work, the first thing he did was make sure to shout out the cook in training, Joel, displaying a team first attitude!I had chips and salsa, shrimp bang taco, and Rusty Taco. All were up to par for a half-fast taco chain! Will come back.
