Ruth's Chris Steak House in Anaheim

Great, attentive staff with reliable cuts of meat. This location works well for vacationers and locals meeting them there.

Do yourself a favor and stay away epically if you are on vacation. We came to Anaheim for a much needed vacation, we visited Ruth's Chris Anaheim on 12-6-2021 that night we got deathly ill from food poisoning. We spent the next 2 days stuck in our hotel room and lost out on 2 days of Disney. We called the restaurant and spoke to the manager on duty he said some one would call us in 24 hours its now been 5 days and no one has called us. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Steak House.

I told my husband that I really wanted to eat at Ruth's Chris Steak House since we lived down the street from the location in Irvine, but he is more cautious about how restaurants are minimizing COVID-19 exposure so looked at other locations that adequately met his standards. To surprise me, he ended up making a reservation in advance at the Anaheim location and requested the corner patio outside. Parking is kind of cramped, but it is around plenty of hotels and down the street from Disneyland. In addition to their outside patio, they also have a tent w/ plenty seating on the other side. I was really impressed and grateful for the acknowledgement of my anniversary. The small but sweet provisions (card, confetti, and verbal greeting) go a long way and makes a girl like me feel extra special! Additionally, i was able to choose a complimentary dessert w/ "Happy Anniversary" written across! I have to acknowledge the wonderful waiter who was Filipino *whoop whoop*, very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and sweet (without being too overbearing.) With his steak order, my husband tried his recommendation of "extra medium rare" (which was in between medium rare and rare), and my husband liked! The drinks were on par, and the soup and sides were all delicious (our favorite was the sweet potato casserole - which is like a dessert in and of itself!) Thank you for making my anniversary special and hope others get a similar, if not better, experience!
