Best part of the experience was our waittress. She was outstanding...We were there the evening of 2/05/22. The lamb chops were good, not outstanding. The sides - WOW...We ordered bread pudding for dessert - WOW again.

Prime steak is considered to be the best grade of US steak due to superior marbling, flavor, and tenderness. Ruth's Chris is one of the few steakhouses that serves true prime steak. Unlike Mortons or the Capital Grill which serve lower quality steak such as choice or thin sliced meat, or steakhouses that char their steaks without asking if you prefer it, Ruth's Chris is a no nonsense prime quality meat restaurant. Sure, you can get fish or other entrees if you like, but the steaks are consistently at the top of the quality range.I was just at the location at 225 NE Mizner Blvd., Boca, for dinner over the weekend, and everything was superb. We also ordered a T-Bone steak, a Petite filet, and their Garlic Crusted Sea Bass, all of which were excellent. I had the T-Bone. I have had dozens of these steaks at various steakhouses and this was, once again, superior to the steaks at other restaurants. It was cooked perfectly as I ordered it, medium rare, with no unnecessary charring. It was about one inch thick. When I cut into the strip steak side, I knew immediat...

The owner of the Ruth's Chris Steak Houses chain got $20 million from the small business loan program, despite having more than 5,000 employees and $468 million in revenue last year. Small businesses needed this loan more than this steakhouse. Not coming here rather support small businesses that actually need the money specially during these times.
