Wow! Not going back to Ruth Chris's in Annapolis anytime soon. Service was great but the food was so under par it was ridiculous. We got served "Lobster mac and cheese" (don't judge me I'm a child with adult money) the lobster was so dry it tasted like it had sat under the heat lamp for 30 minutes and did not have the texture of lobster any longer. For a steakhouse you would think a filet would be a hard thing to mess up but honestly I've had venison rump roasts cooked over a log fire that were more tender and flavorful. Very disappointing.

I never thought it would come down to me giving a review upon Ruth Chris I’ve eaten from this establishment for years different locations but the odenton location about 4 times the last 2 times I’ve visited I’ve had to send my food back because of it not being cooked how I requested I put my car in valet which isn’t a fee but you can leave tips last night I gave the guy in valet my ticket when I went out to my car he wasn’t there so I got in only to have him then standing at my window just looking at me I put the window down before I could say anything he was going on telling me how he works for tips and how he only made $37 that day asking me could I tip him he has cash app now the issue I have is I find that very unprofessional to ask for a tip I feel like if a customer wants to tip they will and I had no problem had he been around when I went to get in my car I still had no issue up until he asked for a tip as far as the food I’m very disappointed I received a check that consisted of a bunch of stuff I didn’t have which end up being $100 overcharged had I not looked at I would’ve paid more then what my bill was Ruth Chris is not the same
