Amazing Food. I can't remember the managers name. But he was tall, slender, and had slicked back salt and pepper hair, with glasses. He was very patient with me. Very kind. He was awesome. Because of him I'll definitely be back.

We went to the new uptown locations and will not be back. Pizza here - YUCK! Their pizza tastes like it came straight from my elementary school's cafeteria. Disgusting! I am pretty sure they threw some unflavored sauce, with some cheap cheese onto a piece of under cooked cardboard. I would never get pizza from this pizza place again! It's AWFUL. The baked ziti.....How do you make something so flavorless? I don't even understand. It wasn't as bad as the pizza because it wasn't horrible, but it was not good either. It had a huge amount of ricotta off to one side, not even mixed around a bit. On a previous trip I got a calzone, which was decent. Definitely the best thing I have tried here, but still nothing special. without that I would give them 1 star. The pasta salad didn't have much taste to it either. Not sure how/if they season anything here but they need a tutorial! This was my last trip to Saggios. Never understood the hype even when i went to UNM and was always in the area. So long Saggios!
