The pho is bland. The broth has no taste. They are stingy with the meat and overly generous with the noodle. I've had other dishes from here but I'll never get the pho again.

I've been a patron of Saigon City Restaurant for 10 years and the flavor has never been compromised. Good service, delicious food and a variety of options. Can't go wrong.
