This is my "go to" Pho spot. The service is fast and they really let you be as they don't ask you 100 questions while you are eating. I keep going back because it is delicious, simple as that. We asked for hot tea after our meal once to help digest and they gave it to us free. Businesses can be so uptight that they forget that one simple kind act to a customer will make them loyal, just as I am to Saigon Eden. Like other have said, it is not fancy but I feel very comfortable every time I go.
