Best café spot in Houston!

10.0/10 Rating average Published 2 years ago | Yelp

So I stopped by this restaurant thinking this was a Pho spot. Apparently, Pho in Vietnamese can mean different stuff like street or the Pho soup. The way the accents face makes a big difference.  This level of comprehension of Vietnamese would require me to live in Vietnam or marry a viet chick here. So if yall want to hook me up with one let me know. Onto the restaurant. This spot is nicely tucked in a quiet Wilcrest shopping plaza that includes the best sit down/ study boba tea and smoothie spot in Houston wich is Tea fix. This makes it convenient to go study there have a few drinks and catch lunch here at Saigon Pho I grabbed their Bun Moc , not to be confused with Bun oc the snail soup. This is one Viet Soup that slipped my grasp. I had bun riue, bun bo hue , bun oc, hiue tiue , banh canh  and many others I can't think of the top of my head right. Just rest assured that if it is a thick or thin vermicelli or rice noodle soup there is a high chance that I have devoured it. The Bun Moc here is just plain...... FANTASTIC.  An instant favorite for me in the Viet Soup scene. It comes with jalapenos and your usual bean sprouts and scallions on the side that give it that extra flavor. The soup comes with 2 different kinds fish cakes and a shrimp ball I presume? Correct me if I am wrong. I literally just snapped the pics and gorged the soup down like Goku when he is starving. This place is a must try ! 5/5
