really great restaurant. service was genuine, super quick and attentive. atmosphere was really vibrant and warm, busy, but not too loud, nice music and great lighting. oysters were fantastic and reasonably priced, interesting cocktail menu. mains were a bit confusing. why are you serving sandwiches? clearly an up market slick place with a chance to showcase seafood in a smart clean different way so maybe ditch the bread and tinned tuna? one point off for the menus really not describing what you end up eating :)

This was our first time getting food from Sailor Oyster Bar and it was excellent. We had poke, crudo, a cheese plate, the bloney sandwich, pickles, curry tuna, and a monkfish dip. The quality of the fish was excellent and the meal was quite tasty. We got too much good for two people but we have made it last for at least two more meals. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely visit again.
