Saito in Pompano Beach

New spot alert in city center! They opened mid pandemic so we were so happy to go in and support a new restaurant. The servers were super friendly and attentive. Everything came out very fast, the miso soup and house salad were pretty standard but tasty. The chicken fried rice was fresh and very tasty. The highlight was probably the grouper roll, all tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor. I would recommend to check it out. They also have a hibachi on one side, if you prefer that experience. We will be back!

Leaving 2 stars is about all I could do. I attending a wedding reception here today and was sorely let down by more than one thing.   I know they are new to citi center but really when we arrived after noon (12 pm) i asked if i could order a hot sake and the male waiter said NO not right now. Um why???    Second thing when I did receive my "hot" sake it was luke warm. I sent it back and made them reheat it..at 11 dollars it should have been hot not luke warm.   Thirdly the vegetables with the meal...
