My wife and I went here for Chinese food a couple of times and it was excellent. Then we made the mistake of ordering sushi. We got the ugliest looking sushi we have ever seen. It was so bad that we asked the waitress to take it back. She refused!--Never had that happen! We refused to eat it and she refused to even take it off the bill. In retrospect, we should have left the restaurant right then. Sakura Bistro has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in over 50 years!
