Sakura Teriyaki in Beaverton

We ordered takeout today. The man who answered the phone was very pleasant. He took our 6-item order and said it'd be ready in 25 minutes. It WAS! Our order was perfect and cost exactly what we expected. The amount of pad thai was HUGE! The fresh wedge of lime and fresh bean sprouts were greatly appreciated. The crackly, browned pot stickers and egg rolls were wonderful. The medium spicy level was about what we ordered and expected - but they CAN make very spicy dishes! We loved their freshly-made Thai iced tea, too! We'll be back!

Horrible location for those who like to be respected when choosing a place to eat. Door was closed and I called go find out if I can place an order. Woman came out and mocked me as she said the door is open and ridiculed me in front of my son. I dare say the American woman was humiliating me as a minority with such disgusting behavior and facial expressions. Called back to speak to manager and she would not take my calls as she was the only one working at that moment handling the phones. No need to support businesses that might be run by minorities but hire those that seek opportunities to treat others as inferior or ridicule their customers. All staff should be respectful and inviting of customers who chose their location to eat. Unfortunately, I took my business elsewhere and didn't get to try their food.

The food is good. They have a very wide range menu some may say it it's a little too much but others  like to have a wide option range. Although the food isn't bad customer service is not the best. Only one guy there he's not very helpful and wasn't very happy when I asked for further description of a dish. The food is good enough for me to order for takeout. But I probably would not dining in again
