Best muffaletta I've had in a long time. Ordered with extra olive salad. Cooked the fries very crispy as ordered. Great food and service. Will return.

First experience here. Came in 2 hours before closing and was told that the bar was no longer in service and that if we wanted to order we needed to order in the next 15 mins before the kitchen closed. Unacceptable customer service from the wait staff. Was treated very poorly. Food was great, but when the customer service is lacking, it makes me not want to return.

I have always had positive experiences at Sal & Phil's until my last visit. I ordered a shrimp po-boy, beer battered onion rings and soft shell crabs. The po-boy and crabs are my regular favorites and have always been wonderful. However, this experience was horrible in that I received shrimp on bread with nothing else; no condiments, lettuce or anything; just a dry sandwich. It was disappointing. The onion rings were my first experience; not impressing at all. The batter and crunchy onions were not in unity. However, on a positive note, the soft shell crabs were very good, as usual. I was told that my po-boy order would be redone; however, management hasn't been available since the promise was made. I've been very disappointed in the manner in which the $45.87 experience was handled.
