Very dissatisfied with this location. I eat at the Pearland location atleast once a week. I will never come back to the Baybrook Mall Salata, ever. You pay alot of money once protein is added and i literally got 2 corns, 2 beans. Like they were rude and cheap. Never again.

Salata is one of my favorite restaurant to eat at. I order it practically every other day for lunch. I ordered from this location over Uber Eats for the first time and had to add something to my order so I cancelled right after I pressed submit (less than a few seconds after) and reordered with the additional items. They ended up charging me for BOTH orders because they "already started on the first order" I cancelled after 2 seconds time (mind you I ordered the exact same items the second time with just the addition of a wrap). I called after noticing I was still charged for the cancelled order and the lady informed me I would have to get in touch with corporate to get the refund. Absolutely absurd. I won't be ordering from this location again, and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth about Salata in general.
