Received a regular Caesar salad. Salad was okay until I got to the bottom and there was a long black hair in the bowl that was clearly not mine because my hair is braided at the moment. I immediately brought the bowl to the store and the lady at the front counter called the manager. The manager stated the only thing that could be done was for them to make a replacement. Why would I want a replacement salad, when I clearly had hair in the salad that I had just received? I didn’t receive an apology, a refund offer, nothing. I would’ve even been happy with a partial refund offer. But the fact that they downplayed a long, disgusting piece of hair in my food, was enough for me to know that I will not be back and will be contacting corporate for my refund.

My wife salad was unbelievable!!! Ms. Nancy A. was so polite and very thorough in making sure my wife’s salad was on point!!! I will always go to the Salata off of the Beltway 8 and Westlake Houston. Thanks again Ms. Nancy A.
