Large cheese pizza special INEDIBLE. The sauce was literally SOUR, the dough was like CARDBOARD. The worst is I can’t get the sour taste out of my mouth. They went so downhill…I’ve been going there for 20 years, but not in the past 2 years. Such a disappointment! I had to throw the pizza in the trash. I will never return. Go anywhere else, but skip Sals in Boca. Never had such a SOUR taste. Hoping i don’t get sick from the one piece I ate. Not a friendly place like others have said but that is secondary.

Placed a special order, no cheese, no mushrooms. Had to wait extra for order. Came home and sub had cheese and mushrooms. Unable to eat

Hard to believe that Italian food can be this authentically good. But it is! I even ordered a meal that wasn't listed on the menu and they made it up for me. Mmmmm beyond delicious. My wife and I don't ever hesitate to bring our friends with us to Sal's Italian Ristorante. Whether it be for pizza or a full course entree' meal, the food and service is impeccable.
