Well. I believe that I made a valid point to the manager. But it didn’t seem as important to her as it did too me.Salsarita is charging us for a 4oz queso but only giving us a 3 1/4 cup. I asked the manager why was she charging me so. She responded that’s how they do it. My next question was well can I get another one or get compensated for it. I was also told no.The way it was handle and explained did not justify the difference and I was not impressed. I can see this being a very small thing, however it returns a very big yield if it continues to happen.Here is a prime example to cut food cost and generate a positive revenue flow. This is not the way to do it. Let’s be honest almost everyone will request a extra queso.I work hard for my money and choosing to enjoy a meal I believe we should get what we paid for.
