We had a family dinner, and each ordered a steak medium rare. Most came out cooked just right and delicious. Some came out over cooked and dry. So, consistency in the cooking is not a strong point here. Other than that it's a good location for a dinner.

Midland, Texas around 5:15 pm May 14 Hello, I had an Uber delivery discount of $30 towards a meal at Saltgrass Steak House. Wow what a let down. I ordered the Ribs and Chicken with sweet potato fries and first thing I noticed was that the fries were placed on top of the chicken so they were very soggy by the time I received them. The chicken was pretty good but the ribs were very fatty... but the word thing was that maybe 1/4 of the way thru my meal I found a hair in rack of ribs. Disgusting... Anyway, needless to say I won't be back.
