Extremely long wait times, and overwhelmed staff. Management isn't providing support at this location.

If you place a "to go" order, you are charged a pick up fee. (I think it's around $4.) I've paid this "fee" twice now and both times my order was wrong. The first time, my order was missing a kid's meal. The second time, one of the meals had the wrong side.If I'm expected to pay a pick up fee and tip, then I expect someone to double check my order.

I would recommend it! The service is top notch and the Apple Crown and Sprite is on point. Tyler our server is of the Best of the Best I have ever witnessed. But the Bone in Pork Chop was a little just a little too done. But the Ribeye my wife had was Great!!! But overall I would give our experience a 9.5 out of 10. Great job Saltgrass Steak House in Conroe. We will be back!
