Tried to order takeout, but was on hold for over 10 minutes first phone call then over 5 for second. A little rediculous for just after 5 on a weeknight.

Used to be the go to steak place. The most recent visit was not the best. Feed quality is lacking, seasonings are salty and soup was cold. Maybe a one off.

I was visiting Fort Worth in business and my coworkers and I decided to try this Saltgrass steak house 7/25/2018. We were seated in a timely manner and I place my order for a prime rib medium rare. They kitchen brought out 3 steak (different cuts of beef) before they got my order correct. They also didn’t get my coworkers sweet potato correct. Then my coworkers asked to use her military discount and they applied it to the wrong person after taking the military I’d and credit card with him. When the server came out and was asked about it whole situation got awkward. We asked to talk with the shift manager and he never came by. It was sad since the food tasted good.
