Bring about four people, call in ahead and order the top of the Loma. You can thank me later It is the entire top of the loin cooked as one piece. It will be sliced on the table. Sides are served family size. I drive from the far north side of Houston for this meal about twice a year. It is absolutely worth it!

Well I have to say that I have been back to Saltillo Mexican Kitchen several times now. They updated menu including the carpaccio. Make sure you make a reservation, it can get crowded and they won't rush you like any other typical restaurant. Please try the margaritas!! They also have a good selection of wines. I still think they can reduce the number of tables, but it is still a good restaurant where you can have a conversation and not distracted by LOUD music!
