Great hotel restaurant with beautiful views of Snoopy mountain while you eat. My brother-in-law chose to have a turkey club with no bacon. When I asked him what he thought about it he said it was “delicious and nutritious”. My sister had a tortilla soup. It is made of a coconut base which is a bit unexpected. She said it was “Thai-inspired and delicious”. I had the ancient grains salad. When I asked myself about it I said I thought it was “one of the best salads I’ve ever had in my life and delicious”. SaltRock kitchen is a must-visit spot in Sedona.
