Customer service is not the best. Ordered take out and when you walk in no one tells you where to go... you have to kinda figure out yourself and ask where to go.

Sam's boat is the best place in Houston. They have the best crawfish and the best bar tenders in Texas. Sam's boat has a great atmosphere. Over the years I've become a regular and I know everyone there. Sam's boat is one of the places I can go to by myself and never feel alone. Yailin and Rocky are the best bartenders of all time, and have become great friends of mine.
