Sarah’s pizza is one of our favorite go-to restaurants weekly (if not more) when it comes to eating out. Not only is their food amazing (we appreciate the wide variety/selection) but their customer service is second to none. We have been to several locations and the Eaton one stands out far above the rest. I believe this should be attributed to their team leader: management, Stephanie. I’ve seen her in her element, while ordering and waiting in the lobby, many times. She never stops! Not only does she have the respect of all of her employees (not afraid to work right alongside them) but she also makes sure to greet everyone that walks through that door, even mid-task. She never ceases to make sure every task is completed efficiently and keeps things running smoothly, but she also manages to make her customers feel valued and important as well. One time I even made a special request for my son on his birthday (a Pokémon pizza I’d seen her post online) and she nailed it! My boyfriend and I are in the store often and we always appreciate her sweet spirit! It’s contagious…hard to not smile when you’re in her presence. It’s very rare to find delicious and affordable food anywhere anymore, especially combined with excellent customer service, but she’s managed to bring the best of both worlds! Kudos to you Stephanie!
