Been coming here since I was a child and I’m grateful that it’s never changed. Best mall food around and very nice employees. Very quick too always. Comes in a to go box too which is helpful for the large portions

I love Sarku Japan, but this one is nasty! There was barely any sauce and even with the extra sauce it was more like water. The chicken tasted greasy. We tossed ours in the trash. It was not even worth asking for a refund. I essentially took 34.00 and burned it!! If I could give zero stars I would.
