Favorite place to eat at any mall that I would go to anywhere in the USA or Puerto Rico.Not anymore, I was really disappointed not with the food, but with the to go plate that they are using now. (SEE PICTURES) it’s literally half of what it use to be.And you are paying a lot more to, $8.29 to be exactly. (Sarku Corporate you should be ashamed of yourselfs for ripping people off) giving us half of what we use to get. And food supply has not gotten that expensive, I’m hoping that the increase has been to compensate your employees at least with $15 plus dollars per hour. With these prices I rather go to a restaurant and yes I’ll pay for a tip but it’s an actual restaurant. I would not recommend this place anymore!

The guy in the cashier is awfully rude. I just want bottle drink instead of fountain drink, no need to be so rude about it. And for the food, it does not deserve a star. It was really bad.

We had a great Lunch at Sarku Japan restaurant inside of the food court.Sarku of Japan at West Town Mall has great food.But, the cashier was really rude and snatched a plate out of my hands.I will never eat food again from the place with rude service.
