Used to be fave spot at mall food court. It’s went downhill. Guess they’ve made enough money from customers and now decide they don’t need to offer quality anymore.Chinese guy with the long hair is rude…and I’m Chinese.

I came to this location to pick up a Door Dash order. There were two lines. One for normal orders and one for online. I was in the online order line and when it was my turn, one of the employees rudely gestured to the normal line. He’d helped everyone else before me, but didn’t want to bother with me. I just stood there, and after a while he gestured for me to step up to the window and I showed him my Door Dash order. He turned around, grabbed the order and practically threw it at me. This employee was extremely rude and unprofessional and I will never eat at Sarku Japan because of this expe...
