I am a big time foodie and always looking for a great place to eat. I perused the menu and Yelp recommendations prior to eating here. My nephew recommended it and I was excited to eat here. It surpassed all my expectations! There was not one thing on the menu that I did not want to try.  Sawyer does a great job blending complimentary flavors (salt, sweet, savory and texture). Such balanced and rich flavors are rare and each item was beyond the description and past experiences elsewhere. I would go back tomorrow and order the items I did not get but savoring for another trip as I want to remember this perfect evening.

Sawyer is always a restaurant I stop by when I visit Seattle. First off, the menu is always different. Secondly, the food is always so amazing. I love that they have a rotating menu, because I never eat the same thing. This time around we had the Bao's and oh my goodness, they were so delicious. The ribs we had literally had the meat falling off the bone and had the best flavor. We also got a steak dish which was also amazing. I literally cannot say anything bad about this place. Only thing I would wish to see is a rotating dessert menu .

I've been to Sawyer now at least 3 or 4 times and have had a variety of items off the menu (remembered to take pictures on one occasion). Like many, I...
