Was planning on eating here, but staff was running behind (which is fine) but when asked when they thought they might be open the lady behind the counter said, “we’re behind.” No estimated opening time, just attitude.

Very rude and disrespectful staff member who ran the register and took orders. She looked like she did not want to be there and when I asked for my sauces she forgot she threw them up on the counter and turned her back and said my husband forgot to pay for his food EVEN WHEN we had a receipt where he just paid and she charged him extra for food we didn’t even get! The food was still cold after we watched her heat it up and there was hair in the food. Worst service we have ever received.

Sbarro always seems to have great pizza, no matter where I’m at. However, even though this pizza is pretty good (nothing crazy surprisingly), the staff just seem to hate their jobs. There’s one man who is kind, but the rest aren’t friendly.
