Terrible service. Phone number wasn't working when my order was over 3 hrs late. Food came soaked in rain. Delivery driver showed up again 3 hrs late but 6 blocks away. It took almost 20min to walk to driver in pouring rain to pick up already soaked food. Then 20 min walk back in the rain. Food was not only ice cold but also soaking wet. Order was over 100 dollars for many people and this was completely unacceptable.

Today I stopped by Sbarro meanwhile last minute shopping. I was greeted by Jose and helped by Andy along with Marinus. I was provided with excellent customer service and delicious pizza.

I have to say that my recent trip to Sbarro was mixed in terms of how my experience was. I'll mention the bad first then the good. I have to tell you that the pizza sauce at Sbarro is beyond amazing. The tomato taste of the sauce is outstanding and not overrun by spices. The intense tomato taste is the star of the show, which it should be. With that said I ordered two slices and a drink combo, both slices pepperoni. I have been going to Sbarro since 2007. I don't go every week or every month but every so often or about maybe 5 times a year. Usually go when I am at the mall but the last two visits were specifically to eat Sbarro pizza and was not at the mall to shop but drove there for pizza. The previous visit was great...
