We decided to eat out for a birthday celebration, so we searched for fine dining restaurants that adhered to local COVID recommendations; we decided on SCALO Italian Restaurant because of its excellent ratings and large outdoor patio seating areas. The four of us each picked our favorite meals: Pennoni (Italian sausage in spicy sauce), Salmone (salmon with squid ink pasta and fried kale), Prosciutto (prosciutto with melon & arugula), and Vitello (ossobuco, with risotto, vegetables and sauce). We all agreed the food and service was outstanding! Perfectly seasoned and cooked, delightful presentations, all delivered with friendly and efficient service. Prices were quite reasonable for such terrific food. Very highly recommended.
