The store and parking lot is run down you really wouldn't know it was open unless you looked inside. The service was fine and I had no complaints there. The bread was a little dry and cracked it didn't seem like it was fresh. I really wish schlotzsky's would do an overhaul of this store to make it a better customer experience. I am a schlotzky's fan
