Always get my order wrong. But at least they correct for free if you return with receipt and purchased food.

Rude manager and rude employees.And I asked for the owners number and a caucasian heavy set man claimed he was.I see why there are no customers here

Rude rude rude employee working the drive thru. We pulled up and the employee asked "did u roll your window down finally?" We said we had just pulled up .... and he said "well anyway, what can I get u" Are you kidding? Who talks to people like that? We ended up going inside and ordering & complained about the window service. I do not complain much or write bad reviews but c'mon. That was pretty ridiculous. Improve your customer service Schlotzsky's! That's embarrassing.
