Excellent food, but service is extremely slow. Slow to the point at drive through that sometimes during normal business hours, I'm not sure anyone is actually working. No people visit inside, and no answer at drive through speaker.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you! I hadn't had Schlotzsky's since I moved from CO to TN in 2003 and my husband had to work in the Asheville area, which is the closest one. On his way back home, he stopped in and they made the order in dissected form so we could assemble and make it ourselves at home the next night and it was perfect, just like I remembered. He'd never had it and loved it. Thank you very much to the guys that helped make that happen.
