Whoever ebony is she is rude af when she picks up and then when you ask for information instead of finding out the info she just states "idk" always loved the food and environment but this lady with her attitude makes me not wanna go to the establishment anymore.

Do not ever come here. They sent us $20 worth of BURNT Cinnabons like who does that? Are we're too lazy just to send us fresh ones because you knew you were closing and there wouldn't be a way for us to complain or get new food. And when I say burnt, I don't mean a little burnt I mean BLACK with white icing. Rolls hard as a rock.

What happened to the Turkey on my Turkey Original???? Two slices of Turkey on a medium sandwich , come on now, if you didn't have enough Turkey ya shoulda said something , no flavor , no meat, did I just pay for bread and condiments....what a rip off!! The one on Kuykendahl and 2920 is a much better Schlotzsky's!!
