I love the food here and LOVE that Schlotzsky's has gluten free options for breading and pizza crusts and is celiac safe. I also did love that as I was getting my order taken, the lady at the register was educated about celiac disease, which is a first.At arrival, I was greeted with angry customers who didn't receive their order for a long time and wanted a refund, which wasn't great, but prepared me for waiting a long time for my order.The staff there was very kind and overall I had a good experience, but to get my order, it did take an hour to receive it, even with there not being a lot of customers at this location. They did make it right with me by checking in with me as they noticed that I was waiting for a long time to receive my order and they didn't see my...
