I was in line with a lot of other cars in front and behind me . When it was my turn they said we close at 7 can’t take your order , sorry. It was 7 on the dot! Their website should say they close at 7 instead of at 8. Was very disappointed.

This place used to be the absolute best years ago ,but now we never get our correct order. We hardly ever go because of that. This used to be my wife's favorite ,so we try it again every few months but we are always let down. This has been happening for years! They never get the correct bread for the sandwich even when we have specified which bread we want. We tried it again today & made sure to look that it was the right bread before we even pulled from the window only to get home and see there was no cheese on a sandwich. It is unacceptable how every time we go some how the order is wrong and the prices just keep going up

First time in a long time at schlotzsky's and I had the classic turkey. It's good stuff, but it's definitely schlotzsky's. I'm a New York deli guy myself so there's a definite distinction between the two but schlotzsky's is always fun when I'm out and about in other parts of the country.
