The store may have been short staffed today and they were busy for lunch, but I was pleased to see everyone smiling and they seemed to be in good spirits. That isn't always the case these Covid days. Good job!

Given the price point of their products, one would expect the managers and higher ups of Schlotzsky's to expect a little more effort from their staff when it comes to reading online orders and fulfilling them correctly. I find it especially obnoxious when I pay more for a special request, like extra bacon for instance, and get home to find it hasn't been honored. I normally tip food service workers generously, even for online orders; but when they place my food on a table in the lobby and lazily indicate "it's over there," how can I? There's no reason to do anything other than take my food and leave, which is what the workers would prefer, judging by their actions and attitudes.
