Scotto's Rigatoni Grill In the Brambleton Town Center has gone down hill in quality IMO. The last 2 pizza orders from Scotto's didn’t taste fresh and the latest order from Scotto's was delivered with all the toppings off one of the pizzas. Then tried call and was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. I’ll be ordering elsewhere next time.

First time ordering a large Monday pizza special for $7.99 with 2 toppings. Total on receipt was $21.72. I asked the cashier and showed him the coupon. I was told told that the special was 14 inches and mine was 16 inches. Last time ordering from here. I preferred Brick oven Pizza.
