Seapine Brewing has a solid lineup in a relaxed atmosphere. Covid times prevent enjoying the taproom, but you can take it with you or stand at the rail outside soaking up the industrial feel of the surrounding warehouse district. This isn't a fancy, polished atmosphere with bells and whistles and amenities. It's a "hey, let's go hang out at Sparky's garage, shoot the shit, and have some brews" kind of place. It has character. They guys who were there when we went were friendly and cool as hell. The merch was very appealing, especially the retro tiki theme shirts; but I left off a star for lack of big sizes. Big people want shirts, too.
