The best secret in New Mexico. Food is always cooked to perfection, and service is exceptional. Hidden in a small strip mall near old Town, it is a comfortable, yet classy diner establishment. A good variety of entrees at a reasonable price with an extensive wine list.

This place is above five stars. It is the perfect place to go when you are craving delicious new food. The lamb was melting in my mouth and the desserts were the perfect amount of sweet. Definitely a well priced place to eat.

I would give Seared a -4 stars if I could. We made reservations for four to dine on their outside patio. We arrived promptly at 6:30, took our seat and awaited our guests. 35 minutes later, our waitress, Destiny, finally took our order for two glasses. At 7:30 we decided to ordered an appetizer and our meal as our friends had met with some massive delay. We never saw Destiny again! 8:17 we got up and left in disgust. We offered to pay for our drinks, but the maitre d' comped them. NEVER EVER AGAIN! And we live two blocks away!!! Totally pitiful!
