Always hard to review after someone did such an excellent job. Amber summed up our experience very well so please read her review. Treated very well by the employees and they walked us through who they were, what Seaside ice cream did, and what our options were. They opened almost a year ago so I'm sure the espresso machine is in full swing. Some seating inside and outside but on the strip I think it's best to  pop in and take a walk while enjoying your treat. Vanilla ice cream with fruit mixed in is the general idea. Sounds simple, and it is, but it's so refreshing to try something new. It was cooler on the coast when we visited but the quality was so great that we didn't mind the lower temps and a cold sweet treat. I opted for the waffle cone and strawberry fruit add in and my partner chose the same but with blackberries. You can get various cone sizes or go for a lower calorie cup option. The ice cream alone was delicious but the fruit mixed in nicely added some texture and flavor without being overly sweet. They also serve soup too! With their coffee setup operating this is a great place to stop regardless of the season and enjoy a walk to the nearby Oregon coast.
