I love this place...but the last few times I have gone to get food, the website says it's open but the place is locked and lights shut off. Either update yourselves as permanently closed again or open back up!

I have never left a review for anything let alone a food service, but after stopping in to Selden Grill I was surprised that it was looking more like a Chinese take out or better yet a Mexican bodega in a neighborhood riddled with crime and robberies. I was surprised to see only one worker who was obviously Chinese working alone. She was pleasant and fulfilled her role as order taker, food preparer and cashier. The food, well... the food was terrible!The beef tacos were bland and had a hint of Alpo to them. The chicken burrito had no flavor and was so inedible that the only place for it was in the garbage bin. Like the saying goes live and learn. I know there is no accounting for taste but after reading all the good reviews I have to wonder if that saying holds true for taste buds. $15 not well spent!
