I have to give this place props, they really do care about their customers. The owner is present and helps his staff make sure his employees have help in all aspects. They seem to be a bit short staffed but the waitresses did their thing!! Food was great , the el jefe roll is the only one I wouldn't recommend.

I ordered le salmon rolls and chief choice hand roll. 10small pice with $14 is a bit expensive. The flavor of the rolls are good, actually beyond my expectation. Small pice on top gives a sour flavor, the Jalapeno gives a spicy taste, and cilantro enhance the layers of flavor. However, the rice of the roll is way too sticky and this is the reason why I took two stars off. Cook sushi rice should be the basic technique for making sushi. And the hand roll was too flat and nothing special.
