Sooooo good and clean the restaurant is so beautiful

My wife and I decided to eat at Serafina’s after looking over their Menu and photos. We went about an hour before closing time, so it was a bit empty. However, during the day, we’ve seen it very busy and that’s a good sign. I ordered the Enchiladas con Mole and my wife ordered the Pozole. I can tell you this, you can tell a good Mexican restaurant by the chips and salsa they bring at the beginning. The salsa was delicious, with a smoky hint of chipotle. Our arrived a bit later, and it was delicious. The Pozole was filled to the brim, and the broth had a great taste to it. Mole, being my favorite food in the world, was a welcomed treat for me served over three enchiladas. And the red rice was the same my made always made for me as a kid. Overall, I give Serafina’s a 4 out of 5, only because I will be going back to try other dishes that sparked my interest. Please do yourself a favor and go indulge in great, AUTHENTIC Mexican food.
